- I am a self-taught artist and enjoy many different mediums. I had to go on disability at age 40 and that is when I picked up my first paint brush. I had to lay it down for a couple years but never lost my love of art and now I'm able to enjoy doing my art again.

Well done, Dave is a good teacher I think. He seems to be able to take people to a higher level.
You did good Janice. Always good to step out of our comfort zone and try new things. Dave is a good teacher, we're lucky to have found him.
Funny, I have a portrait of the same guy... recognizable! Nice job! My son John amazed me, when he did the same portrait, and it was the first time ever that he had painted.
